By opting in to receive SMS messages from Customer-Star, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

By providing your mobile phone number, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated SMS/MMS messages. Your consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency varies based on your order activity (typically 1-5 messages per support ticket). Message and data rates may apply.

6. Returns & Refunds Policy
90-Day Quality Guarantee
We offer a 90-day quality guarantee from the date of delivery:
- Damaged/faulty items: Eligible for refund, replacement, or exchange
- Company-covered shipping: We cover return shipping for confirmed faulty items
- Non-quality issues: Exchanges only; customer pays return shipping
Return Conditions
- Items must be in brand new condition as received
- Returns must be initiated within 90 days of delivery
- Customer must initiate return request through our support portal
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Panties, socks, and inner-wear
- Bra-pads and shapewear
- Personal hygiene products
Exception: If these items are damaged, defective, or wrong item was sent, refund/replacement will be provided.
7. Shipping & Delivery
- Processing time: 2-3 business days
- Delivery time: 7-15 business days (standard shipping)
- Tracking: Provided via email; allow 72 hours for tracking to activate
- Business days: Weekdays only, excluding public holidays
Customs delays for international orders are not our responsibility. Additional time may be required during holidays and sale periods.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Customer-Star is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the order in question
- We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or force majeure events
- Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered SMS messages
